The Crocus Project
An Irish initiative run by Holocaust Education IrelandThis week, our Pre-IB students planted crocuses and delivered readings to mark the planting stage of The Crocus Project 2022-2023.
The Project is an Irish initiative run by Holocaust Education Ireland designed to commemorate the lives of young people lost during the Holocaust. The crocuses should emerge by the end of January in time for Holocaust Remembrance Day on 27th of January.
The Project is a tangible way to introduce young people to the Holocaust and raise awareness about the dangers of discrimination.
