Parent-Teacher Meetings take place in-person from 3.45pm to 6.45pm in the School Hall. Students will have an early finish on these days.

Online Information Evenings are held annually for each year group to share information pertinent to that year group. Typically they are open to parents, guardians and students. Typically, information evenings are held on Zoom, they begin at 7.30pm and last one hour. They are typically recorded and the link to watch on-demand is shared after the event.
We also hold an information evening annually for parents, guardians and students to learn more about the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) at Villiers. PTA-hosted parent and guardian information evenings may also be scheduled throughout the year on a range of topics. Trip-specific information evenings may also be held.
