Fundraising
We are thrilled to announce that our school has been awarded Sports Capital Funding to support the development of our hockey pitch, with works scheduled to commence in the Summer of 2025. This exciting project will provide enhanced sporting facilities for our students and local clubs, and significantly enrich our school’s sporting facilities, not just in hockey, but in a range of sports and recreational activities appropriate to the pitch.
While we are very grateful for the funding received, additional investment is required to ensure the pitch is of the highest possible quality. To achieve this goal, we are launching a fundraising appeal.
Options:
- Pitch-Side Legacy Plaque
Individuals, families, businesses, clubs, and groups can purchase engravings to display their names prominently on our pitch-side legacy plaque. The options for contributing are as follows, and we are deeply appreciative of every contribution:
- €100: Single-line engraving featuring your personal or family name.
- €500: Double-line engraving featuring your business, club, or group’s name.
- Make a donation of a custom amount.
- Pitch-Side Advertising
Businesses, clubs, and groups may wish to contribute by pitch-side advertisement banners.

Villiers School is a registered charity. All donations between €250 and €1 million from individuals (PAYE and Self Assessed) are eligible for a tax refund from Revenue to Villiers School at a blended rate of 31%. Simply fill out this CHY3 form.
Corporate Donors – The company can claim a deduction for the donation as if it were a trading expense of management.
