Applications to Form I

School places will be allocated in accordance with Villiers School Admissions Policy.

Day pupil applicants for Form I must apply for a place at Villiers School in conjunction with the Limerick Area Post-Primary Schools’ Common Application System.

Note: The Limerick Area Post-Primary Schools’ Common Application System for 2022-2023 is now closed. After the CAS deadline has passed, a waiting list may be in place for Form I admissions. Late applicants are advised to contact the Headmistress’ PA, Ms. Michelle Tuite by telephone +353 61 451447 or by email secretary@villiers-school.com to determine availability and to access the waiting list.

Details of the Common Application System for 2023-2024 admissions are expected to be available in October 2023.


Local School Transfers

Expressions of interest for local school transfers are welcomed online here: https://villiersschool.openapply.com/roi

Late applicants for 2022-2023 academic year are advised to contact the Admissions & Communications Manager, Mrs. Susan Peña, by telephone +353 61 451447 or by email admissions@villiers-school.com to determine availability and to access the waiting list.

The deadline for local school transfer requests for the 2023-2024 academic year is Thursday 1st of June 2023. Offer letters for successful applicants will be sent by email on or before Thursday 15th of June 2023.

Please note, a waiting list may be in place for some programmes and/or years of study.


Relocations / International Enrolments

Final decisions in relation to admission are made by the Head of School. Successful applicants will receive written confirmation of a school place.  A non-refundable deposit is necessary to confirm your school place.

The Secondary Education Committee (SEC) offers assistance by way of grants to parents of the Protestant community, who wish to send their children to a secondary school of their own faith tradition within the Republic of Ireland. More information is available here
